Coaching for LEADERSHIP
Who benefits most from our leadership coaching?
- Corporate or non-profit executives facing complex leadership challenges.
- New managers being groomed for expanded leadership responsibilities.
- Financial, engineering, medical and other experts in leadership positions.
How do we help bring out your best?
Our coaching is about making what works best for you work even better. Our coaching approach is strengths-based,
contextual, and transformative. We work with you to identify the leadership needs of your organization and the
leadership skills you contribute. We survey your colleagues and engage you in conversations with them that yield
suggestions for your leadership development and collegial support for the changes you want to make. We then map
out a coaching plan, usually 5 to 10 sessions in person or by phone. Our coaching aims to enhance your capacity to
mobilize people to get work done. To achieve that, we coach you to notice your default reactions, practice new skills,
and broaden your choices. You will be surprised by your newfound strength and agility and by the feedback of your
colleagues and clients.
Coaching for TEAMWORK
Who benefits most from our team coaching?
- Well-established teams that want to create more of their best.
- New teams that don’t want to reinvent the wheel.
- Teams who want to get over a hump and truly excel.
How do we help bring out the best of your team?
Coaching is particularly effective for teams that have no time to waste on long learning curves or roadblocks to high
performance. Our work begins and ends with what’s working best – we simply help create more of it. We determine
the factors of success that once expanded will deliver high performance and high work satisfaction. We help you
name the team and personal change initiatives that will bring your team from where you are to where you want to be.
Then we form relationships that support change and measures that define success.
Depending on the team's objectives, we:
- Sharpen vision, mission, strategies, objectives and tasks.
- Develop leadership, communication, feedback and conflict skills.
- Identify and dismantle non-productive patterns and habits.
- Practice working together using enhanced skills.
We can engage with you for an offsite retreat, the length of a project, or another specified time period tied to your
team objectives. We coach the entire team and, when needed, individual team members. Our aim is to optimize your
members’ strengths, enhance what you do best, and energize you to achieve your goals.
Coaching for LIFE & CAREER
Coaching is a powerful tool for healthy individuals who want to be the best that they can be and make a significant
difference in the world.
Who benefits most from our life coaching?
- Individuals in transition with relationships, health, or career.
- Persons struggling with ongoing conflicts or unachieved goals.
- Spiritual seekers who wish to make a greater contribution.
How do we help bring out the best in your life?
Our individualized coaching process helps you to become who you want to be. In one-on-one conversations, we work
with you to:
- Identify your values, dreams and life-giving goals.
- Build on your core strengths.
- Notice what default drivers and behavior patterns hold you back.
- Be accountable for realizing your dreams.
You can request a single session, daily sessions for a week, or a series of 5 to 10 sessions over a few months.
A face-to-face meeting is preferable at first. Afterwards, both phone and face-to-face sessions are available as you
wish.
